Redes sociales, Internet de las cosas y competencias digitales de profesores e investigadores en Medicina

Objetivo:

caracterizar las redes sociales, la Internet de las cosas y la vinculación de ambas con las competencias digitales de los profesores, investigadores e instituciones de la Medicina.

Métodos:

análisis documental para investigar la problemática en otros países y analizar las recomendaciones o solucione que se han propuesto.

Resultados:

se estudió como la carencia de habilidades en el uso de las TIC e incompetencias digitales personales de los docentes en diversas universidades de varios países es un obstáculo a su capacidad para gestionar conocimiento y socializarlo institucionalmente.

Conclusiones:

se creó un flujo de trabajo para que los miembros de las redes sociales institucionales capturen conocimiento y lo socialicen, lo incorporen al repositorio institucional de conocimiento y de esta manera contribuir a la investigación e innovación de su organización(AU)

Conclusions:

a workflow was created so that the members of the institutional social networks capture knowledge and socialize it, incorporate it into the institutional repository of knowledge and in this way contribute to the research and innovation of their organization(AU)
