In the anamnesis, parents reported having a pregnancy without complications. In ectoscopic tests, ultrasound, and intra-oral physical examination were not significant alterations found beyond macrostomia and pre-auricular tags. It performed surgery to correct macrostomia and withdrawal of pre-auricular tags.
