Tetralogy of Fallot is the most common cause of cyanotic congenital heart disease in adults.

This malformation consists of a ture anatomopathologic type represented by the following tetralogy:

stenosis of the pulmonary artery... Surgical repair using the Taussig-Blalock procedure. Revision of an article published in this journal in 1948 with a revision of 18 cases
