Endometriosis is a disease that may involve several organs of the human body with special regard on the gastrointestinal tract. The most common symptoms do not include stenosis of the large bowel and rarely of the rectum. We report a case of recto-sigmoid stenosis due to endometriosis in a 35 year-old female.
