We present 20 cases of Pancreatic Pseudocyst over a ten year period. Ten men and ten women. Their ages between 23 and 79 years.

The cause of de Pseucocyst was:

alcoholic pancreatitis in 75%, trauma 10% and unknown 15%.

Th main signs and symptoms were:

epigastric pain (100), mass (75%), and vomit (50%). High WCC in 65%, High serum amylase in 70%, anterior displacement of the stomach in high gastrointestinal contrast study in 75%, positive ultrasound in 30%. The mortality rate was of 10%. All pacients underwent to surgery
