This revised Declaration of Health was adopted by Ministers at their Eight Meeting held in Barbados in July 1982, and published in response to Resolution I of that meeting. It is hoped that like the first edition, this revised second edition of the Declaration will prove useful to the policy maker, the student of health, the university lecturer and the peoples of the Caribbean as a whole
