In the Peruvian indigenous cosmo vision subsists -although deformed- a series of myths and legends related to the cause of cetain illnesses. The Lari-lari is some of these myths whose moin actor, the Lari-lari, is a terrifying being to whom the population atributes, mainly, to be the cause of death of some pregmant women.
En la cosmovisión indígena del Perú subsisten aunque deformados una serie de mitos y leyendas relacionados con causas de ciertas enfermedades. El Lari-lari es uno de estos mitos cuyo actor principal, el lari-lari, es un ser horripilante a quien la población le atribuye, principalmente, ser el causante de la muerte de algunas mujeres gestantes.
