La libertad de ser ¿La libertad o las libertades?

La libertad es un ente dialéctico de razón, abstracto, misterioso como la vida misma. Fenomenológicamente se la puede describir como un impulso básico que posibilita o reprime la expresión de otros impulsos básicos. Existe la libertad interna inalienable y la libertad externa favorecida o dificultada en su expresión por poderes internos y externos; muchos de ellos en relación con el proceso educativo que, con mucha frecuencia limita la libertad. Los derechos humanos se relacionan con la libertad para, en principio, favorecer su ejercicios sin desmedro de la libertad del otro. Todo ello conduce a reconocer que existen muchas libertades que se aprecian en la conducta en órdenes tales como la salud, la bioética, la creatividad, el filosofar, la comunicación. Las libertades son consustanciales a los seres animados, particularmente al hombre son favorecidos o reprimidas por los poderes, tanto internos como externos. El destino y la fatalidad son aquellos poderes a los cuales es imposible sustraerse.
Liberty is a dialectic reasoned abstraction, mysterious as life itself. Phenomenologicaly it can be described as a basic drive that may allow or repress the expression of other drives. On the one side there exists the internal, inalienable liberty and the external liberty, the expression of which can be facilitated or impaired by internal and/or external powers; many of which are related to the educational process that, most frequently, limits the free fluency of drives and impose rules in order to permit social intercourse. Human rights are considered to facilitate the free expression of the individual provided that it does not hamper the liberty of other people. This leads to consider that there exist many liberties, as shown in human behavior, related o matters as diverse as health, bioethics, creativity, philosophy, communication, love. Freedom and liberties are consubstantial to human beings and are facilitated, or repressed, by other human beings. Destiny and fatality are the non humane powers to which nobady can substract.
