El presente estudio de investigación lleva por título "Actitud de la enfermera hacia el cuidado que brinda según la opinión del paciente hospitalizado en el servicio de medicina. Hospital Nacional Daniel Alcides Carrión. 2010", Callao - Perú; desarrollado durante los meses de Octubre a Noviembre del 2010.

El objetivo general de la Investigación fue:

Determinar la actitud de la Enfermera hacia el cuidado que brinda según la opinión del paciente.

Los objetivos específicos fueron:

Identificar la actitud de la enfermera hacia el cuidado físico, psicológico y social según opinión de los pacientes. Se empleó el diseño descriptivo, nivel aplicativo y de corte transversal; se realizó en los servicios de medicina 6B y 7B del H.N.D.A.C. La población estuvo conformada por un total de 128 pacientes, de los cuales se extrajeron una muestra de 50 pacientes, utilizando el muestreo no probabilístico intencionado seleccionando sólo ambos servicios. El instrumento utilizado fue la escala tipo Lickert modificada, las conclusiones son: que la mayoría de los pacientes opinan que las enfermeras presentan actitudes medianamente favorables hacia el cuidado que les brindan, también que las enfermeras tienen una actitud medianamente favorable con tendencia a desfavorable hacia el cuidado del paciente en el aspecto físico, que las enfermeras tienen una actitud medianamente favorable con tendencia a desfavorable hacia el cuidado del paciente en el aspecto psicológico y por último que las enfermeras tienen una actitud medianamente favorable con tendencia a desfavorable hacia el cuidado del paciente en el aspecto social

The specific objectives were:

Identify the attitude of the nurse toward the care physical, psychological and social according opinion of the patients. Employed the design, descriptive level software and cross-section; took place in medicine services in 6-B and 7-B of the National Hospital Daniel Alcides Carrion. The population was made up of a total of 128 patients, of which were extracted a sample of 50 patients, using the non-probability sampling intentionally selecting only both services. The instrument used was the scale type Lickert amended. The conclusions reached with the present research.
