Evaluación de las notas de enfermería en el Servicio de Atención Inmediata del Instituto Nacional Materno Perinatal - 2012

La presente investigación titulada "Evaluación de las Notas de Enfermería en el Servicio de Atención Inmediata del Instituto Nacional Materno Perinatal (I.N.M.P) - 2012", tiene como objetivos identificar si las características de las notas de enfermería presentan un adecuado registro en cuanto a su estructura e Identificar si las características de las notas de enfermería presentan un adecuado registro en cuanto a su contenido; con el propósito de fortalecer el compromiso institucional así como el involucrar, comprometer y consolidar la participación de las enfermeras en la elaboración adecuada de las notas de enfermería para mejorar la calidad de su registro a través de la retroalimentación de los resultados obtenidos. El estudio es de nivel aplicativo, tipo cuantitativo, método descriptivo de corte transversal y retrospectivo. La muestra fue constituida por 200 notas de enfermería realizadas entre los meses de Enero a Marzo del año en mención. La técnica fue el análisis documental y el instrumento utilizado fue una lista de chequeo. Los resultados obtenidos demostraron que del 100 por ciento de las notas de enfermería evaluadas, el 55 por ciento (110) son adecuadas, y el 45 por ciento (90) son inadecuadas. Respecto a la evaluación de la dimensión estructura el 64 por ciento (128) son adecuadas y el 36 por ciento (72) son inadecuadas. En relación a la dimensión contenido 68.5 por ciento (137) son adecuadas y el 31.5 por ciento (63} son inadecuadas. Se puede concluir que la evaluación de las notas de enfermería del Servicio de Atención inmediata del INMP-2012, son adecuadas en más de la mitad de ellas (55 por ciento), sin embargo se puede inferir que en muchas notas evaluadas (45 por ciento) el tipo de registro dado no ha sido de manera integral, no son precisas, no se encuentra registrada la hora de los procedimientos dados así como la omisión del sello y firma de la enfermera encargada.

The study is of applicative level quantitative type, descriptive method of transverse and retrospective cut. The sample was constituted by 200 notes of infirmary realized between January to March of the year in mention. The technology was the documentary analysis and the used instrument was a list of checkup. The obtained results demonstrated that of 100 per cent of the notes of infirmary evaIuated, 55 per cent (110) is adapted, and 45 per cent (90) is inadequate. With regard to the evaluation of the dimension he structures 64 per cent (128) they are adapted and 36 per cent (72) is inadequate. In relation to the dimension contained 68.5 per cent (137) is adapted and 31.5 per cent (63) is inadequate. It is possible to conclude that the Evaluation of the notes of infirmary of the Service of Immediate Attention of the INMP-2012, there is adapted in more than the half of them (55 per cent), nevertheless it is possible to infer that in many notes evaluated (45 per cent) the type of given record has not been in an integral way, they are not precise, it is not registered the hour of the given procedures as well as the omission of the stamp and signature of the in charge nurse.
