Satisfacción de las madres de niños menores de 1 año por los cuidados de enfermería que recibe el niño en el Programa de Control de Crecimiento y Desarrollo en el ACLAS C.S. Tambo de Mora, Chincha 2013

El presente estudio de investigación tiene como objetivo determinar el nivel de satisfacción de las madres de niños menores de 1 año por los cuidados de enfermería que recibe en el consultorio de crecimiento y desarrollo en el ACLAS Centro de Salud Tambo de Mora en las dimensiones "Humana", "Oportuna", "Continua", "Segura". Este estudio de investigación es de tipo cuantitativo, teniendo en cuenta la naturaleza del problema y los objetivos, corresponde a una investigación aplicativa, se utilizó el método descriptivo de corte transversal. La población estuvo conformada por 42 madres de niños menores de 1 año que asistieron al consultorio de CRED durante el mes de diciembre del 2013. La técnica que se utilizó fue la entrevista y el instrumento un cuestionario. Se halló que la satisfacción de las madres sobre los cuidados recibidos por enfermería en el consultorio de Control y Crecimiento del Niño fue de nivel alto en el 71.4 por ciento, y en relación a las dimensiones se obtuvo que la Dimensión Humana muestra nivel de satisfacción alto en el 69 por ciento, la Dimensión Oportuna nivel alto de satisfacción en el 64.3 por ciento, la Dimensión Continua nivel alto de satisfacción en el 50 por ciento y la Dimensión Segura nivel alto de satisfacción en el 88.1 por ciento. Concluyendo que la mayoría de las madres de niños menores de 1 año que acuden al consultorio de crecimiento y desarrollo del niño tienen un nivel alto de satisfacción por los cuidados brindados por enfermería considerando la dimensión segura seguido de humana, oportuna y continua.

Aims:

the present study of investigation has as aim determine the level of satisfaction of the mothers of 1-year-old minor children for taken care of infirmary that the child receives in CRED's doctor's office in the ACLAS Center of Health Tambo of Default in the dimensions "Human", "Opportune", "Continuous", "Sure".

Method:

This one study of investigation is of quantitative type, having in it counts the nature of the problem and the aims, corresponds to an applicative investigation; there was in use the descriptive method of transverse court. The population was shaped by 42 mothers of 1-year-old minor children, who were present at CRED's doctor's office during December, 2013. The technology that was in use was the interview and the instrument a questionnaire.

Results:

one found that the satisfaction of the mothers on the elegant ones got for infirmary in the doctor's office of Control and Growth of the Child was of high level in 71.4 per cent, and in relation to the dimensions there was obtained that the Dimension Humanizes sample high level of satisfaction in 69 per cent, the Opportune Dimension high level of satisfaction in 64.3 per cent, the Dimension Continues high level of satisfaction in 50 per cent and the Sure Dimension high level of satisfaction in 88.1 per cent.

Conclusion:

the majority of the mothers of 1-year-old minor children who come to the consultation of control and growth of the child take a high level of satisfaction as the elegant ones offered to infirmary considering to the sure dimension the highest level of satisfaction, followed by the human dimension, opportune dimension and dimension continues.
