Opinión del familiar del niño operado sobre la atención brindada en el postoperatorio mediato por el profesional de enfermería en el Servicio de Cirugía Pediátrica del Hospital Nacional Docente Madre Niño San Bartolomé 2010

Los objetivos fueron, determinar la opinión del familiar del niño operado sobre la atención brindada en el post operatorio mediato por el profesional de enfermería en el servicio de cirugía pediátrica del HONADOMANI San Bartolomé, e Identificar la opinión del familiar en la dimensión humana, oportuna, segura y continua.

Material y Método:

El estudio fue de nivel aplicativo, tipo cuantitativo, método descriptivo de corte transversal. La población estuvo constituida por 50 familiares del paciente post operado mediato hospitalizado. La técnica fue la entrevista y el instrumento una escala modificada tipo Lickert, considerando el consentimiento informado.

Resultados:

Del 100 por ciento (50), 72 por ciento (36) presentan una opinión medianamente favorable, 16 por ciento (8) favorable, 12 por ciento (6) desfavorable. En cuanto a la dimensión Humana 76 por ciento (38) es medianamente favorable, 12 por ciento (6) favorable y 12 por ciento (6) desfavorable. En la dimensión oportuna 74 por ciento (37) expresan medianamente favorable, 16 por ciento (8) desfavorable y 10 por ciento (5) favorable. Respecto a la dimensión segura; 88 por ciento (44) son medianamente favorable, 12 por ciento (6) favorable. En la dimensión continua 80 por ciento (40) es medianamente favorable, 12 por ciento (6) favorable y 8 por ciento (4) desfavorable.

Conclusiones:

La mayoría de los familiares de los pacientes post operado mediato tienen una opinión medianamente favorable, referido a que la enfermera no les presta atención y camina apurada, se lleva al niño sin informarle el procedimiento que va a realizar, atiende rápidamente al niño cuando lo necesita y se preocupa por que esté limpio y confortable el ambiente del niño; en lo desfavorable un mínimo porcentaje de familiares expresan que le incomoda que reniegue y haga gestos desagradables cuando atiende al niño, obvie educarle sobre la alimentación del niño, se muestre despreocupada por la limpieza del ambiente del niño y obvie orientarla sobre los cuidados a tener en casa.

As regards the size safe, 88 per cent (44) are fairly favorable, 12 per cent (6) favorable. In the continuous dimension 80 per cent (40) is moderately favorable, 12 per cent (6) in favor and 8 per cent (4) unfavorable.

Conclusions:

Most family members of patients after media operations have a fairly favorable opinion, based on the nurse does not pay attention and walk in a hurry, takes the child without informing the procedure to be undertaken, intervene quickly to the child when you need and cares for it is c1ean and comfortable environment of the child in a small percentage of unfavorable family expressed that bothers you to surrender and make nasty gestures when in the child, skip to educate about child feeding, carefree display by the child's environment clean and obvious care guide them to take home.
