Calidad de las anotaciones de enfermería en el Hospital Regional de Ayacucho - 2009

Los objetivos fueron; identificar la calidad de las Anotaciones de las Enfermeras del Hospital Regional de Ayacucho e Identificar la calidad de las anotaciones de las Enfermeras en la dimensión estructura y contenido.

Material y Método:

El estudio fue de nivel aplicativo, tipo cuantitativo, método descriptivo, de corte transversal retrospectivo. La técnica fue la observación y el instrumento una lista de chequeo.

Resultados:

Del 100 por ciento (78), 66.67 por ciento (52) de las anotaciones presentan una calidad deficiente y 33.33 por ciento (26) son de buena calidad. En cuanto a la dimensión estructura, el 66.67 por ciento (52) son de buena calidad y 33.33 por ciento (26) son de deficiente calidad, mientras que en el contenido 73.08 por ciento (57) son de deficiente calidad y 26.92 por ciento (21) son de buena calidad.

Conclusiones:

La calidad de las anotaciones de Enfermería en el Hospital Regional de Ayacucho, en un porcentaje considerable son de deficiente calidad referido a que no coloca el cargo, no existe espacios en blanco, no registra el motivo por el cual no administra el medicamento, así como las reacciones derivadas del tratamiento. Acerca de la dimensión estructura un porcentaje considerable son de buena calidad referido a que contiene la firma de la Enfermera y el número de colegiatura, la letra es legible y contiene los datos del paciente; y según la dimensión contenido la mayoría son de deficiente calidad referido a que no registran la información que se le brinda al paciente y familia sobre la enfermedad, así como el tratamiento y procedimientos futuros en el hogar, no señala la respuesta ante el cuidado, tratamiento y procedimiento, así como el registro de las respuestas del paciente ante el proceso de hospitalización...

The objectives were; to identify the quality of the Annotations of the Nurses of the Regional Hospital of Ayacucho and To identify the quality of the annotations of the Nurses in the dimension structures and contained.

Material and Method:

The study was of applicative level, quantitative type, descriptive method, of retrospective cross section. The technique was the observation and the instrument a control list.

Results:

Of the 100 per cent (78), 66,67 per cent (52) of the annotations they present/display a deficient quality and 33,33 per cent (26) are of good quality. As far as the dimension it structures, 66,67 per cent (52) are of good quality and 33,33 per cent (26) are of deficient quality, where as in content 73,08 per cent (57) they are of deficient quality and 26,92 per cent (21) are of good quality.

Conclusions:

The quality of the annotations of Infirmary in the Regional Hospital of Ayacucho, in a considerable percentage is of deficient quality referred to that it does not place the position, does not exist spaces in target, does not register the reason by which it does not administer the medicine, as well as the reactions derived from the treatment. About the dimension it structures a considerable percentage are of good quality referred to that it contains the company/signature of the Nurse and the number of Fellowship, the letter is legible and contains the data of the patient; and according to the contained dimension the majority is of deficient referred quality to that they do not register the future information that offer to the patient and family him on the disease, as well as treatment and procedures in the home, does not indicate the answer before the care, treatment and procedure, as well as the registry of the answers of the patient before the hospitalization process...
