Nivel de estrés laboral en el profesional de enfermería del Servicio de Centro Quirúrgico del Hospital Nacional Daniel Alcides Carrión 2012

El objetivo fue determinar el nivel de estrés laboral en el profesional de enfermería del servicio de Centro Quirúrgico del Hospital Nacional Daniel Alcides Carrión, e Identificar el nivel de estrés laboral según dimensión agotamiento emocional, despersonalización, y realización personal.

Material y Método:

El estudio es de nivel aplicativo, tipo cuantitativo, método descriptivo de corte transversal. La población estuvo constituida por todos los profesionales de enfermería que labora en el servicio de centro quirúrgico. La técnica fue la encuesta y el instrumento el inventario de Maslach, aplicado previo consentimiento informado.

Resultados:

Del 100 por ciento (17), 88 por ciento (15) presentan nivel de estrés medio, y 12 por ciento (2) bajo. En la dimensión agotamiento emocional, 59 por ciento (10) presentan nivel de bajo, 35 por ciento (6) medio y 6 por ciento (1) alto, en la dimensión despersonalización, 88 por ciento (15) presentan nivel bajo, y el 12 por ciento (2) medio. Acerca de la dimensión realización personal, 76 por ciento (13) presentan nivel de estrés alto, 18 por ciento (3) medio y 6 por ciento (1) bajo.

Conclusiones:

El nivel de estrés del profesional de enfermería que labora en el servicio de centro quirúrgico en la mayoría es medio referido a que expresan que se sienten emocionalmente agotado, le preocupa que el trabajo que realiza la esté endureciendo emocionalmente y se encuentran con mucha vitalidad...

The objective was to determine the level of work-related stress in professional nursing service center surgery of the Hospital Nacional Daniel Alcides Carrion, and identify the level of job stress according to dimension, emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, and personal accomplishment.

Material and Method:

The study is application level, quantitative, descriptive cross-sectional method. The population consisted of all of nursing professionals who work in the service of surgical Center. The technique was the survey and the instrument inventory of Maslach, applied prior informed consent.

Results:
