El objetivo fue determinar el nivel de conocimiento de las madres sobre estimulación temprana en los niños menores de 1 año.

Material y Método:

El estudio es de nivel aplicativo, tipo cuantitativo, método descriptivo de corte transversal. La población estuvo constituida por aproximadamente 45 madres hospitalizadas. La técnica fue la encuesta y el instrumento el cuestionario.

Los resultados y conclusiones:

En relación al nivel de conocimiento sobre estimulación temprana, las madres tienen conocimiento medio a bajo. Respecto al nivel de conocimiento en el área motora, las madres tienen conocimiento medio a bajo. En relación al nivel de conocimiento en el área lenguaje, las madres tienen conocimiento medio a bajo en el área lenguaje. En relación al nivel de conocimiento en el área coordinación, las madres tienen conocimiento medio a bajo en el área coordinación. En relación al nivel de conocimiento de las madres sobre estimulación temprana en los niños menores de 1 año en el área social, de 45 (100 por ciento), 39 (86.7 por ciento) poseen conocimiento bajo, seguido de 4 (8.9 por ciento) bajo. The objective was to determine the level of knowledge of mothers on early learning in children under 1 year.

Methods:

The study is level application, quantitative, cross-sectional descriptive method. The population consisted of about 45 mothers hospitalized. The technique was the survey and the survey instrument.

Results and conclusions:

In relation to the level of knowledge about early stimulation, mothers have low to medium knowledge. Regarding the level of knowledge in the motor area, mothers have low to medium knowledge. Regarding the level of knowledge in the language, mothers have low to medium knowledge in language area.
