Nivel de estrés laboral que afectan al profesional de enfermería en la Unidad de Cuidados Intensivos del Hospital Nacional Guillermo Almenara Irigoyen Lima-Perú-2013

El objetivo fue determinar el nivel de estrés del profesional de enfermería que labora en la unidad de cuidados intensivos del Hospital Nacional Guillermo Almenara Irigoyen 2013.

Material y Método:

El estudio es de nivel aplicativo tipo cuantitativo, método descriptivo de corte transversal. La población estuvo conformada por 30 enfermeras. La técnica fue la encuesta y el instrumento el Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI), aplicado previo consentimiento informado.

Resultados:

Del 100 por ciento (30), 64 por ciento (19) tienen medio, 23 por ciento (07) bajo y 13 por ciento (04) alto. Según la dimensión de Agotamiento Emocional 60 por ciento (18) tienen medio, 23 por ciento (07) alto y 17 por ciento (05) bajo, en la dimensión Despersonalización 70 por ciento (21) tiene medio, 17 por ciento (05) alto y 13 por ciento (04) bajo, y en la dimensión Realización Personal 67 por ciento (20) es medio, 20 por ciento (06) bajo y 13 por ciento (04) alto.

Conclusiones:

El nivel de estrés de las enfermeras del servicio de unidad de cuidados intensivos del HNGAI en su mayoría es de medio a alto, ya que se sienten fatigados cuando se levantan por la mañana y tienen que ir a trabajar, sienten que han conseguido cosas valiosas en su centro laboral, se han sentido preocupados porque el trabajo que realizan les está cambiando emocionalmente...

This study to determine the stress level of the nurse working in the intensive care unit of the National Hospital Guillermo Almenara Irigoyen, 2013.

Material and Methods:

The study is a quantitative application level, descriptive cross-sectional method. The population consisted of 30 nurses. The technique was the survey instrument and the Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI), applied prior informed consent.

Results:

100 per cent (30), 64 per cent (19) have average, 23 per cent (07) below and 13 per cent (04) high. According to the dimension of Emotional Exhaustion 60 per cent (18) have medium, 23 per cent (07) high and 17 per cent (05) low, and the depersonalization dimension 70 per cent (21) has medium, 17 per cent (05) high and 13 per cent (04) below, and the personal accomplishment dimension 67 per cent (20) is medium, 20 per cent (06) low and 13 per cent (04) high.

Conclusions:

The stress level of nurses of the intensive care unit HNGAI mostly is medium to high, as they feel tired when they wake up in the morning and have to go to work, they feel they have achieved valuable things in his workplace, have felt concerned that their work is changing them emotionally...
